1. Nature of the Service (Digital Brokerage)
Car Alfa Drive is an electronic platform and a digital intermediary that coordinates one-way car rental trips [1.1.2، 3.3]. We connect smart customers (renters) with independent, licensed car rental agencies in Morocco [3.3]. Car Alfa Drive does not own, manage, or operate any fleet of vehicles under its own name.
2. Legal Contract and Liability
The official car rental contract is signed directly between the customer and the certified partner agency upon vehicle pick-up [1.1.2، 1.2.1]. Car Alfa Drive is not a party to this contract and disclaims all civil, criminal, or financial liability arising from traffic accidents, mechanical breakdowns, traffic violations, property damage, or any disputes between the renter and the rental agency [1.1.2، 1.2.1].
3. Vehicle Pick-up Requirements (Age & Documents)
Final approval for vehicle handover is strictly subject to the internal policies of the partner rental agency. The renter must fulfill the following criteria.
